Tax Resolution Plus Assistant.
 
Full Time Position:
  • On site role supporting day to day operations in a office environment.
  • No Cold Calling you will be speaking with clients ready to move forward.  
  • We are seeking highly motivated & detail oriented individual as a Tax Assistant you will be responsible for assisting clients with there cases as in gathering there information to get them ready for processing.  
  • An Ideal candidate would have excellent communication with clients as well with the team keeping composure and willingness to learn as well as being detailed on response time and reviewing of information.  

Key Responsibilities:
Communication with Clients: 
  • Engage with clients professionally & respectfully via phone calls or email, keeping in mind that our clients are worldwide so setting up appropriate call times.   
  • Greeting clients as they come in and point them in the right direction. 
  • Keeping a list of items that need to be stocked. 
  • Stocking the office of items. 

Research And Analysis: 
  • Request and review the information in a timely manner verify the documents in order to properly process.  

Organizing Schedule:
  • Making sure to keep an organized schedule between call times and organizing necessary documents having to review and print information or having to scan to keep organized.
  • Must Maintain Client Confidentiality. 
  • Paid Training.
  • Lunch on Mondays. 

Experience:
  • 1+ Years experience in Customer Service.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Demonstrate careful attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
